Accruent FAMIS 360 Mobile v26.2.3 Release Notes

We're delivering this automatic upgrade on June 9, 2026.

If you enable automatic updates, the app updates itself. Otherwise, update it manually from your app store like any other app. If you use a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, coordinate with your MDM administrator to deploy the update.

Improvements and issues fixed

Component	Summary
Workbench	You now see a clear title at the top of every workbench. Previously, some titles were missing or cut off on smaller screens.
Workbench	See a Filters button at the top of the screen that shows the number of active filters. Tap Filters to view or adjust filter options. This new location gives you easier access and more space to view records.
Form	A View More link now appears on form relationships that contain more than 20 records. Use this link to expand and view all records without cluttering the form. Administrators can configure this default limit.
Form	Search and filter records directly within a relationship on a form. Administrators control which fields are searchable and which filters are available. For example, if inspectors add a To Do or Completed filter, you can quickly find items you need.
Form	Edit quantities, notes, and statuses directly within a relationship record without opening a subform. Previously, only checkboxes or toggles were editable. This reduces navigation and speeds up tasks like completing inspection items.
Offline	FAMIS Mobile now detects when you lose network connection and adapts instantly: The work request search screen shows a clear offline message. The Session Expired prompt only appears after you reconnect and your session actually expires. These changes make your offline experience smoother and reduce interruptions.
Login	The login page now displays when you enter the app identifier. We removed the additional Continue to login step.
Login	When you log in with FAMIS 360 credentials (not SSO), you now see a Signing in… message until authentication completes. This prevents duplicate login attempts.
Admin	Administrators can now view user details, device type, login activity, and form submissions in the administrator portal, helping them to provide first-level support.
Admin	Configure menu and form layouts directly in the administrator portal (beta functionality). This includes reordering menu items, renaming fields, retitling toolbar buttons, and regrouping form fields under new headers. A Preview mode toggle lets you review changes before publishing.
Fixed	Submit a form immediately after opening the app without seeing a Network connection unavailable message when you’re online.
Fixed	You no longer get stuck in a perpetual Refreshing state. The app now refreshes your session reliably and uses improved fallback timing and logging to prevent future failures.
Fixed	Starting or stopping a labor timer now works even if the app can’t get your location.
Fixed	Bottom toolbars on work request forms, lists, and the dashboard now display correctly without overlapping your navigation bar. The app adjusts for gesture navigation, 3-button navigation on Android, and the iOS home indicator.
Fixed	When a list or relationship section has no records, you now see No data found instead of a blank area.
